More watercolour, yay! Inspired by primary school techniques I mixed water, washing up liquid, and paint in a bowl and placed my paper in its coloured bubbles. Ten seconds later I removed my paper and left it to dry. After doing this twice with different coloured bubbles and letting it dry the bubbles created a marble effect on the paper. Then I used an old toothbrush and splattered pink and red colours on the paper. Once that had tried I added a bark and some branches and I had my subject. Ta-Da a painting of a tree on marbled paper. That’s about it really, from there I just tarted it up a little and left it to dry.
Come back soon!
